The Way Trees Gather.

The Way Trees Gather is an ongoing photographic study of a small area of birch woodland that I’ve returned to over several years. Drawn to the damaged, twisted character of the trees and the way they cluster together beneath a dense canopy, the work explores atmosphere, gesture, and quiet relationships within the landscape. Made mostly during the early spring months, the images focus on subtle moments of light, renewal, and the narratives that emerge through slow observation and repeated visits.
